I tried Notion back in 2018 and didn’t end up using it… but I did after I started the In Progress Show podcast. I was looking for a place to centralize all the interview and planning notes and I didn’t want to use Google Docs. That was how it happened.

After the first week, I decided to move my planning workflow there (personal and professional). I have been iterating it but I can say that it dramatically improved, mainly because of my weekly template, where I centralize both my weekly and daily most important tasks.

I will be writing an update on the software I use and include a block with my Notion workflow. It takes time to adapt, but once you get used to it, it gets really powerful.
